Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels
  • Conduct discovery to understand prospect needs, pain points, and fit
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff
  • Perform market research on accounting automation and AI trends
  • Partner with Marketing on outbound campaigns and targeted programs
  • Test new messaging and tools to improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development (SaaS preferred)
  • OR accounting/audit experience looking to transition into Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Curiosity about AI and automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Amplemarket, Sales Nav, or Nooks
