About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email
- Initiate cold calling to introduce company capabilities to stakeholders
- Maintain a disciplined daily communication cadence with new prospects
- Reactivate dormant or past accounts to convert them into active leads
- Research and identify new prospective clients to build a robust pipeline
- Track all interactions, calls, and emails meticulously within HubSpot
- Partner with marketing and operations to refine outbound messaging
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or high-volume outbound roles
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in phone-based outreach
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work in-office in Princeton, NJ
