Responsibilities
- Contact cold leads through calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to book demos for the AE team
- Maintain a volume of 100 dials and 2 meetings booked per day
- Update and manage CRM data within Salesforce
- Educate yourself on prospects to understand their specific business needs
- Contribute to the development of a winning BDR formula
Requirements
- Currently located in San Diego and able to work in-office
- 1 year of sales experience (SMB SaaS preferred) or recent graduate
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Nooks
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
- Passion for helping small businesses
