Responsibilities

  • Contact cold leads through calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to book demos for the AE team
  • Maintain a volume of 100 dials and 2 meetings booked per day
  • Update and manage CRM data within Salesforce
  • Educate yourself on prospects to understand their specific business needs
  • Contribute to the development of a winning BDR formula

Requirements

  • Currently located in San Diego and able to work in-office
  • 1 year of sales experience (SMB SaaS preferred) or recent graduate
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Nooks
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
  • Passion for helping small businesses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the salon or spa industry
