Responsibilities
- Run inbound and outbound qualification calls to set the quality bar
- Define and enforce qualification frameworks such as ICP and MEDDICC-lite
- Build outbound prospecting playbooks including messaging, sequences, and scripts
- Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a growing team of BDRs
- Set targets and performance metrics for activity, conversion, and pipeline KPIs
- Build SOPs from 0–1 for end-to-end BDR workflows and CRM hygiene
- Partner with Product and GTM teams to translate frontline insights into actionable feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development, sales development, or inside sales
- Proven track record running high-volume inbound and outbound qualification calls
- Experience building or leading a BDR team, including coaching and hiring
- Strong understanding of sales qualification frameworks and funnel optimization
- Ability to sell and qualify technical or AI-driven products
- Experience designing SOPs, playbooks, and CRM processes
- Familiarity with APAC markets is a strong plus
