Responsibilities
- Research target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers for multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to create qualified meetings
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and discovery conversations
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account-based strategies and vertical-specific campaigns
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospective customers
- Support industry events and trade shows by pre-booking meetings and managing lead capture
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet pipeline generation and activity KPIs
- Develop concise account and opportunity summaries for successful handoffs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or an SDR/BDR role
- Proficiency with Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
- Native or fluent German and excellent English communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% across the EMEA region
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting generation
- Experience in industries such as 3PL, retail/e-commerce, or industrial automation
