Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers for multi-channel outbound campaigns
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to create qualified meetings
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and discovery conversations
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account-based strategies and vertical-specific campaigns
• Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospective customers
• Support industry events and trade shows by pre-booking meetings and managing lead capture
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meet pipeline generation and activity KPIs
• Develop concise account and opportunity summaries for successful handoffs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or an SDR/BDR role
• Proficiency with Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
• Native or fluent German and excellent English communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% across the EMEA region

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting generation
• Experience in industries such as 3PL, retail/e-commerce, or industrial automation
