Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Qualify opportunities using structured discovery to assess ICP fit
  • Nurture leads and maintain momentum with clear value propositions
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align with campaigns
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene by logging activity in Salesforce
  • Surface market insights to sharpen messaging and targeting
  • Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with Outreach or similar tools is a plus
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Collaborative mindset to work with AEs and Marketing
