Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify opportunities using structured discovery to assess ICP fit
- Nurture leads and maintain momentum with clear value propositions
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align with campaigns
- Maintain pipeline hygiene by logging activity in Salesforce
- Surface market insights to sharpen messaging and targeting
- Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with Outreach or similar tools is a plus
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Collaborative mindset to work with AEs and Marketing
