Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify opportunities through structured discovery
- Nurture leads and maintain momentum with clear value propositions
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align with campaigns
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and log activity in Salesforce
- Surface market insights to sharpen messaging and targeting
- Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role (internships or campus selling welcome)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Arabic, or Italian
- Exposure to Outreach or similar sales engagement tools
