About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Qualify opportunities using structured discovery
  • Nurture leads to maintain pipeline momentum
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align with campaigns
  • Maintain accurate activity logs in Salesforce
  • Surface market insights to improve messaging
  • Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and coachable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Outreach or similar sales engagement tools
  • Internship or campus selling experience
