About the role
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify opportunities using structured discovery
- Nurture leads to maintain pipeline momentum
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align with campaigns
- Maintain accurate activity logs in Salesforce
- Surface market insights to improve messaging
- Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and coachable
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Outreach or similar sales engagement tools
- Internship or campus selling experience
