About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and development of industry accounts through proactive outreach
- Execute high-volume cold calling and lead generation activities
- Overcome objections and deliver enthusiastic rebuttals to potential clients
- Follow proven sales systems to drive the process from prospecting to hand-off to Territory Managers
- Gather valuable customer insights to support the sales team
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven track record in lead generation or related work experience
- Direct experience with cold calling and prospecting
- Proficiency using a CRM, specifically Salesforce
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated business acumen when interacting with small business owners
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Experience with digital marketing products such as SEO, SEM, PPC, or Google Analytics

- Base salary of $40,000 plus commission (OTE up to $55,000/year)
