About the role
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline through high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to home health decision-makers
- Own the top-of-funnel process from first touch through booked demos
- Run qualification conversations to uncover pain points and communicate product value to clinical and operational buyers
- Attend industry conferences to generate leads and represent the product in the market
- Partner with the team to improve messaging, outbound strategy, and market feedback loops
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience in an early-stage B2B SaaS company
- Significant cold calling experience and a confident phone presence
- Proven track record of exceeding outbound goals and selling complex software products
- Ability to work in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule (3–4 days per week)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare technology or home health sector
- High resilience and coachability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong upward ambition with a desire to progress into an Account Executive role
