About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin contribution targets through strategic planning and commercial resources
  • Own annual territory planning, individual customer planning, and promotional evaluation
  • Manage territory spend and budgets effectively
  • Plan and execute consumer programming and sales standards across Retail, On-Premise, and Community channels
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
  • Ensure execution excellence of national and customized programming

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in field sales or packaged goods (CPG) sales
  • Proven experience in budget management and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and influential abilities
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
