About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin contribution targets through strategic planning and commercial resources
- Own annual territory planning, individual customer planning, and promotional evaluation
- Manage territory spend and budgets effectively
- Plan and execute consumer programming and sales standards across Retail, On-Premise, and Community channels
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Ensure execution excellence of national and customized programming
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales or packaged goods (CPG) sales
- Proven experience in budget management and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and influential abilities
- Must hold a valid driver's license
