About the role
About the Company
Kombo (YC '22) is a unified API for HR, payroll, LMS, and recruiting systems. Instead of building dozens of integrations themselves, companies integrate once with us and we handle the differences in data models, auth, and API behavior across 100+ systems.
Responsibilities
- Generate demand from a curated list of accounts to build new pipeline
- Research and identify the 5% of the ICP currently in market for the product
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, customers, and buying processes
- Formulate strategic points of view on how to reach target accounts
- Stay current on outbound best practices and grow as a GTM operator
- Assist in onboarding new BDRs and sharing successful messaging and account strategies
- Work closely with Account Executives in pods to prioritize top accounts
Requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ownership and independent, structured thinking
- Bias toward action and a preference for iterative learning
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to work in person with the team in New York City
- Curiosity and humility in customer discovery
