About the role
Responsibilities
- Call companies in the Nordics, primarily in Sweden
- Gather information by asking relevant IT-related questions
- Use communication skills to understand client needs and articulate solutions
- Collaborate closely with the sales team
- Generate leads and schedule meetings between IT managers and customer sales representatives
Requirements
- Native level Swedish (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Basic computer handling skills
- Familiarity with B2B clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mentality and can-do attitude
- Must hold an EU passport
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
- Experience in sales or telemarketing
