About the role
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline generation by strategically sourcing and engaging prospects such as CTOs and VPs of Engineering
- Use modern tooling and AI-powered platforms like Glean and Google Gemini to enhance research and personalize outreach
- Interact with C-level and VP-level executives across startups and Fortune 500 companies
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy, messaging, and qualification criteria
- Contribute to pipeline and revenue outcomes with compensation tied to pipeline sourced and Closed ARR
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with prospects
- Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Strong track record of success and high performance
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies like AI
- Strong sense of ownership and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Baseline understanding of AI tools or a strong willingness to learn
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into CTO, VPE, or Director of Engineering personas
- Passion for sales process, tooling, or culture
- Experience using AI tools like Glean or Google Gemini for prospecting
