About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to existing customers to identify expansion potential.
  • Qualify business needs and priorities for UCaaS, CCaaS, and other cloud-based solutions.
  • Book discovery meetings for Client Sales Advisors to ensure a seamless handoff and pipeline growth.
  • Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to track activity, manage outreach sequences, and build prospect lists.
  • Collaborate daily with Client Sales Advisors to strategize on account targeting and follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and opportunity creation KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce or another CRM for pipeline and outreach management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
  • Ability to work in-office in Denver, CO (5 days per week).
  • High energy, curiosity, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud/SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with UCaaS, contact center, cloud storage, or business productivity applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
