About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and research new school district opportunities across the U.S., with a primary focus on the Texas market
- Build an outbound pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting
- Book high-quality meetings with district leaders and key decision-makers
- Test and refine messaging, outreach strategies, and growth tactics in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with Leadership, Marketing, and RevOps teams to accelerate U.S. expansion
- Provide market insights and feedback to help shape the company's Go-To-Market strategy
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or a proven track record in a high-performance environment (e.g., consulting, startups, or operations)
- Excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with U.S. school districts
- Strong writing, research, and organizational abilities
- Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Highly competitive mindset and resilience in the face of rejection
- High level of ownership and a strong bias for action
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in EdTech or the education sector
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working within startup or launch-stage environments
