About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new school district opportunities across the U.S., with a primary focus on the Texas market
  • Build an outbound pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting
  • Book high-quality meetings with district leaders and key decision-makers
  • Test and refine messaging, outreach strategies, and growth tactics in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with Leadership, Marketing, and RevOps teams to accelerate U.S. expansion
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape the company's Go-To-Market strategy

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or a proven track record in a high-performance environment (e.g., consulting, startups, or operations)
  • Excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with U.S. school districts
  • Strong writing, research, and organizational abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Highly competitive mindset and resilience in the face of rejection
  • High level of ownership and a strong bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in EdTech or the education sector
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience working within startup or launch-stage environments
