About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive platform utilization and insights for reseller partners and vendors via the Xvantage platform
- Provide solution enablement by developing a comprehensive understanding of products and services
- Create sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to support category adoption
- Conduct training sessions to ensure customers understand category solutions and value-adds
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and assist in pre-sales activities like product demonstrations
- Proactively engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and foster strong relationships
- Work closely with key vendors to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of functional experience
- Experience in a technology sales or solutions role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
