About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive platform utilization and insights for reseller partners and vendors via the Xvantage platform
  • Provide solution enablement by developing a comprehensive understanding of products and services
  • Create sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to support category adoption
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure customers understand category solutions and value-adds
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and assist in pre-sales activities like product demonstrations
  • Proactively engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and foster strong relationships
  • Work closely with key vendors to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns

Requirements
