Responsibilities
- Process sales orders efficiently and accurately to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Support inside and outside sales representatives with administrative and technical assistance
- Monitor overall account activity for assigned groups and verify order accuracy
- Track data and generate reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings
- Manage leads and orders for specific sales territories or account sizes
- Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior administrative or technical support personnel
Requirements
- Two-year college degree and minimum five years of functional experience, OR a high school diploma and eight years of functional experience
- Minimum of four years of position-specific experience
- Proficiency in order processing and data tracking
- Strong reporting skills and ability to analyze complex assignments
- Proven ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve non-routine problems
