About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Support inside and outside sales representatives with administrative and technical assistance
  • Monitor overall account activity for assigned groups and verify order accuracy
  • Track data and generate reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings
  • Manage leads and orders for specific sales territories or account sizes
  • Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior administrative or technical support personnel

Requirements

  • Two-year college degree and minimum five years of functional experience, OR a high school diploma and eight years of functional experience
  • Minimum of four years of position-specific experience
  • Proficiency in order processing and data tracking
  • Strong reporting skills and ability to analyze complex assignments
  • Proven ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve non-routine problems
