About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the sales team
- Schedule meetings and discovery conversations with enterprise decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target Fortune 1000 accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs, timelines, and budgets
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM
- Consistently achieve outreach and meeting-setting goals
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, business development, or lead generation
- Proven experience prospecting and cold calling specifically into the US market
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience using LinkedIn and other digital prospecting tools
- Ability to work onsite in Noida during US shift hours (6:30 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. IST)
