Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound contact forms, web chats, and emails to assess prospect qualification
• Perform outbound activities to engage with various marketing leads
• Educate and qualify prospects about transformative technology and product SKUs
• Work closely with Account Executives to build a sales pipeline
• Track and manage prospects using Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
• Schedule high-impact appointments for Account Executives
• Provide market and product feedback to drive business development strategy

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real estate, etc.)
• Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and passionate about marketing and technology
