Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound contact forms, web chats, and emails to assess prospect qualification
- Educate prospects about transformative technology and the three core SKUs
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build a robust sales pipeline
- Track and manage prospects using Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Schedule high-impact appointments for Account Executives
- Provide market and product feedback to drive business development strategy
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing service industry (e.g., retail, telesales, real estate)
- Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, hungry, and passionate about marketing and technology
