Gorgias is building a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire ecommerce journey. We are leading the shift toward Conversational Commerce by combining deep product expertise with the latest in AI to make shopping feel natural and connected.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts via calls, emails, and LinkedIn sequences
  • Partner directly with Enterprise Account Executives on target accounts and pipeline priorities
  • Research accounts and identify key stakeholders to craft personalized messaging
  • Utilize AI and sales automation tools to scale outreach
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences across North America
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Events teams to generate new leads

Requirements

  • Early career professional with a strong interest in tech and sales
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and resilient in the face of rejection
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated to exceed performance goals
  • Competitive, self-directed, and able to track personal metrics
  • Strong communicator confident in engaging senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player with experience in group settings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or outbound sales environments
  • Experience in ecommerce or brand building
  • Background in high-ownership or high-effort environments such as sports, hospitality, or volunteering
