About the role

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure speed-to-lead on inbound leads by qualifying fast and booking meetings
  • Build and maintain target account lists focused on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Personalize outreach at scale using AI tools and account research
  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery to hand off to Growth Associates
  • Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, and channels based on data

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Discipline in tracking and improving performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid context switching
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
