About the role
About the Company
Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure speed-to-lead on inbound leads by qualifying fast and booking meetings
- Build and maintain target account lists focused on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Personalize outreach at scale using AI tools and account research
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery to hand off to Growth Associates
- Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, and channels based on data
Requirements
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
- Discipline in tracking and improving performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid context switching
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
