About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound end-to-end by identifying high-potential targets in fintech, crypto, and financial infrastructure
  • Craft personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Run initial discovery calls with technical decision-makers
  • Partner with founders and AEs to sharpen messaging and build the outbound playbook

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a B2B tech sales environment
  • Proven experience in outbound sales rather than just inbound qualification
  • Ability to hold technical conversations with VPs of Engineering and CTOs
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment
