Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate new logo pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualify high-priority inbound leads.
• Consistently meet monthly sales opportunity targets and core KPIs, including daily outbound calls and prospect sequencing.
• Execute multi-channel outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, and personalized LinkedIn engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to increase conversion rates and develop effective sales plays.
• Promptly action Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure a positive prospect experience.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
• At least 1 year of direct cold calling experience.
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting into new logo accounts.
• Demonstrated history of overperformance against targets for at least one quarter.
• Strong grit, determination, and a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Outreach or Salesloft.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC).
