About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new logo pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualify high-priority inbound leads.
- Consistently meet monthly sales opportunity targets and core KPIs, including daily outbound calls and prospect sequencing.
- Execute multi-channel outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, and personalized LinkedIn engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to increase conversion rates and develop effective sales plays.
- Promptly action Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure a positive prospect experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
- At least 1 year of direct cold calling experience.
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting into new logo accounts.
- Demonstrated history of overperformance against targets for at least one quarter.
- Strong grit, determination, and a growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Outreach or Salesloft.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC).
