About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through high-volume outbound email and call campaigns
  • Manage leads across multiple channels including inbounds and marketing-generated leads
  • Schedule meetings for the Business Development Team and qualify sales opportunities
  • Research new markets and identify potential new clients
  • Manage new lead sources and list creation
  • Assist with conference and event logistics, setup, and follow-up
  • Contribute to CRM management, sales technology, and reporting
  • Potential end-to-end sales cycle management for smaller clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • FINRA Series 7 licensed
  • Ability to pass a fingerprint background check for FINRA qualification
  • Financial services background or deep personal expertise in finance
  • Technology company background or high comfort with technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving team with minimal guidance
  • Capability to handle broad scope projects
  • Ability to problem solve and manage multiple workstreams independently
