About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through high-volume outbound email and call campaigns
- Manage leads across multiple channels including inbounds and marketing-generated leads
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development Team and qualify sales opportunities
- Research new markets and identify potential new clients
- Manage new lead sources and list creation
- Assist with conference and event logistics, setup, and follow-up
- Contribute to CRM management, sales technology, and reporting
- Potential end-to-end sales cycle management for smaller clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of related experience
- FINRA Series 7 licensed
- Ability to pass a fingerprint background check for FINRA qualification
- Financial services background or deep personal expertise in finance
- Technology company background or high comfort with technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving team with minimal guidance
- Capability to handle broad scope projects
- Ability to problem solve and manage multiple workstreams independently
