Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Identify, research, and engage decision-makers across fintechs and financial institutions in EMEA
  • Articulate Flagright’s value proposition in a compelling, tailored way to prospect needs
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities to ensure coverage against quota
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoff and progression of deals
  • Represent Flagright at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across EMEA

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR or in a similar sales role
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or regtech is highly preferred
  • Strong communicator with clear, concise, and confident delivery
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, high-volume prospecting, and rejection
  • Ability to research accounts deeply and craft personalized outreach
  • Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline and CRM hygiene
  • Based in or near London
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
