About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively search for new business opportunities in the AT and DE markets
  • Reach out to potential customers via telephone and email
  • Focus on the publishing segment and new customer development
  • Identify client needs and business potential
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
  • Set up initial meetings and launch new collaborations
  • Work with CRM and record all sales activities

Requirements

  • Experience in active business hunting
  • Proficiency in German (minimum B2+/C1 level)
  • Proficiency in Slovak (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience in sales communication and negotiation
  • Experience working with databases or CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline
  • Result-oriented mindset and resilience to rejection
