About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively search for new business opportunities in the AT and DE markets
- Reach out to potential customers via telephone and email
- Focus on the publishing segment and new customer development
- Identify client needs and business potential
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
- Set up initial meetings and launch new collaborations
- Work with CRM and record all sales activities
Requirements
- Experience in active business hunting
- Proficiency in German (minimum B2+/C1 level)
- Proficiency in Slovak (minimum B2 level)
- Experience in sales communication and negotiation
- Experience working with databases or CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline
- Result-oriented mindset and resilience to rejection
