Business Development Representative, Enterprise - Spanish speaking

Responsibilities

• Focus on lead generation and outbound prospecting within the Spanish market
• Proactively engage new prospects through calling, emailing, and social outreach
• Conduct strategic research using tools like LinkedIn to identify key decision-makers
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified prospects
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across various industries

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred (previous SDR/BDR experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively drive conversations
• Interest in a career in tech sales and digital transformation

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or lead generation role
• Ability to understand complex business use cases and articulate value propositions
