Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of daily inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify new sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing executives to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting specific vertical or geographical markets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to prospect and help close large enterprise deals.
• Educate and nurture early-phase prospects to build a healthy future sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Dataiku DSS and the Big Data ecosystem to engage with leaders in industries such as e-commerce, retail, banking, and insurance.
• Analyze and report on weekly activities to identify process optimizations and drive performance.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Proven success in sales or business development within the software/tech industry or a startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle high task volumes under pressure.
• An analytical mindset with a commitment to tracking activities and data-driven results.
• A genuine interest in innovative technologies such as Data Science and Predictive Analysis.
