About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and uncover opportunities from outbound and inbound leads
  • Research companies and approach potential partners through targeted selling strategies
  • Connect with prospects using phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Drive revenue by collaborating with account executives and setting qualified meetings
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation efforts
  • Leverage sales technology like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute lead strategies
  • Achieve daily and weekly effort metrics including delivered emails and cold calls
  • Achieve monthly quota targets

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of experience in a BDR or lead generation role
  • B.S. or B.A. college degree
  • Strong desire to learn the sales process and the influencer marketing industry
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities
