Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, and general contractors
• Support multiple sales channels including direct retail, distribution, and dealer networks
• Educate customers on metal building systems, product applications, and installation processes
• Train customers on technology platforms and product solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various customer segments
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, and engineering
• Provide high-level customer service and manage customer expectations

Requirements

• Experience within metal building systems, metal roofing, wall panels, or related construction products
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-oriented personality with confidence in business development
• Ability to understand and navigate multiple sales channels
• Experience reading construction drawings preferred
• Ability to learn technical products and software platforms
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
