About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, and general contractors
- Support multiple sales channels including direct retail, distribution, and dealer networks
- Educate customers on metal building systems, product applications, and installation processes
- Train customers on technology platforms and product solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various customer segments
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, and engineering
- Provide high-level customer service and manage customer expectations
Requirements
- Experience within metal building systems, metal roofing, wall panels, or related construction products
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-oriented personality with confidence in business development
- Ability to understand and navigate multiple sales channels
- Experience reading construction drawings preferred
- Ability to learn technical products and software platforms
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
