About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research ideal prospects within the healthcare market
  • Execute outbound prospecting via emails, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
  • Book demos for Account Executives and ensure smooth pipeline handoff
  • Log activities and track progress in the CRM
  • Partner with marketing to execute targeted campaigns
  • Relay prospect feedback to product and GTM teams

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High agency and bias for action
  • Coachable and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS or healthcare industry experience
  • Experience selling into healthcare, DME, or RCM
  • Early-stage startup experience
  • Familiarity with technical or workflow-heavy products
