About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and research ideal prospects within the healthcare market
- Execute outbound prospecting via emails, calls, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
- Book demos for Account Executives and ensure smooth pipeline handoff
- Log activities and track progress in the CRM
- Partner with marketing to execute targeted campaigns
- Relay prospect feedback to product and GTM teams
Requirements
- 1–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High agency and bias for action
- Coachable and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS or healthcare industry experience
- Experience selling into healthcare, DME, or RCM
- Early-stage startup experience
- Familiarity with technical or workflow-heavy products
