Responsibilities

  • Engage warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to qualify interest and schedule consultation calls
  • Understand prospect goals, challenges, and timelines related to business acquisition or scaling
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handoff to Senior Program Advisors
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Assist in shaping tech stack strategy and process optimization
  • Represent the brand with empathy, integrity, and confidence

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or community growth roles
  • Strong communication skills via phone and video
  • Highly organized and data-oriented
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, small business, or investing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
