Responsibilities
- Engage warm leads through calls, texts, and emails to qualify interest and schedule consultation calls
- Understand prospect goals, challenges, and timelines related to business acquisition or scaling
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handoff to Senior Program Advisors
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Assist in shaping tech stack strategy and process optimization
- Represent the brand with empathy, integrity, and confidence
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or community growth roles
- Strong communication skills via phone and video
- Highly organized and data-oriented
- Passion for entrepreneurship, small business, or investing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
