About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic research and lead generation activities using tools like LinkedIn to identify new prospects
  • Execute outbound prospecting through calling, emailing, and social outreach to drive digital transformation conversations
  • Manage sales campaigns and effectively reach out to new enterprise-level prospects
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified prospects and educate them on meeting details
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunity and pipeline targets
  • Maintain diligent records and update relevant systems, including Salesforce, to ensure data accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key executives across various industries

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience (previous SDR/BDR experience is highly advantageous)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively move conversations forward
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to sales activities
