Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and identify new potential clients and key decision-makers within the Dutch market
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calling, email, and social selling
• Qualify and engage with inbound leads to convert them into opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and qualify sales opportunities
• Independently manage client meetings and product demonstrations
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new prospects
• Accurately log all sales activities and manage pipeline in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Collaborate with international colleagues in Marketing and Customer Success

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Dutch
• High proficiency in English
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or SaaS/CPaaS business development (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong presentation and proposal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Resilient and results-driven mindset
