About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify new potential clients and key decision-makers within the Dutch market
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calling, email, and social selling
- Qualify and engage with inbound leads to convert them into opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and qualify sales opportunities
- Independently manage client meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new prospects
- Accurately log all sales activities and manage pipeline in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Collaborate with international colleagues in Marketing and Customer Success
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Dutch
- High proficiency in English
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or SaaS/CPaaS business development (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong presentation and proposal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Resilient and results-driven mindset
