About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify new potential clients and decision-makers in the German market
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach via cold calling, email, and social selling
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs
  • Manage client meetings and product demonstrations independently or alongside senior managers
  • Maintain accurate sales activity logs and pipeline management in the CRM
  • Collaborate with international marketing and customer success teams

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in German
  • High proficiency in English
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or SaaS/CPaaS business development preferred
  • Strong presentation and proposal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently
  • Resilient and results-driven mindset
