About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify new potential clients and decision-makers in the German market
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach via cold calling, email, and social selling
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs
- Manage client meetings and product demonstrations independently or alongside senior managers
- Maintain accurate sales activity logs and pipeline management in the CRM
- Collaborate with international marketing and customer success teams
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German
- High proficiency in English
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or SaaS/CPaaS business development preferred
- Strong presentation and proposal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently
- Resilient and results-driven mindset
