Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through inbound client approaches
• Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong relationships through excellent service
• Prepare email sequences and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features
• A/B test different sales approaches to optimize conversion rates
• Create and negotiate offers to close deals and identify upselling opportunities for active customers

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer pain points
• Proficiency with various technology platforms and tools
• Experience conducting online product demos
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads
