Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and events
  • Identify and target potential clients within the Software & IT sector
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business targets
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation within the Software / IT industry
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
