Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social platforms
• Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and research accounts to identify key stakeholders
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects
• Team with field and channel sales teams to build pipelines and close deals
• Conduct effective online demos for prospects
• Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales managers
• Research potential target markets and create actionable prospect lists

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales for API-based, fast-paced SaaS companies
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and the customer acquisition cycle
• Experience supporting BFSI, Tech, Fintech, or Gaming industry segments
• Strong HubSpot or similar CRM experience
• Ability to learn technical products and deliver value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in identity, fraud, risk, or platform sales
