Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social platforms
- Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and research accounts to identify key stakeholders
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects
- Team with field and channel sales teams to build pipelines and close deals
- Conduct effective online demos for prospects
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales managers
- Research potential target markets and create actionable prospect lists
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales for API-based, fast-paced SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and the customer acquisition cycle
- Experience supporting BFSI, Tech, Fintech, or Gaming industry segments
- Strong HubSpot or similar CRM experience
- Ability to learn technical products and deliver value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in identity, fraud, risk, or platform sales
