Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with fire departments, police, EMS, insurance professionals, and property managers
• Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community functions to build brand presence
• Educate referral partners on emergency restoration services
• Respond to emergency property losses involving fire, water, or storm damage
• Meet with property owners during disasters with empathy and professionalism
• Explain the restoration process and help customers make informed decisions
• Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor incoming leads and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or public safety
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient with technology and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
