About the Company
Boom is on a mission to level the playing field for the 110+ million renters in the US by making housing more flexible, affordable, and rewarding. Boom is building a suite of rental financial services for renters and property managers, including tenant screening, rent payment reporting, and integrations with the largest property management systems.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting to identify and engage property managers, operators, and ownership groups
- Inbound qualification of marketing leads to assess fit, needs, and timing
- Pipeline generation by booking qualified discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Research and targeting to build account lists across multifamily and single-family verticals
- CRM management to maintain accurate records and activity notes
- Event support including pre-event outreach and onsite networking
- Collaboration with marketing, sales leadership, and product teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video
- High level of organization, persistence, and follow-through
- Ability to learn product details and explain value clearly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in proptech, SaaS, real estate, or property management is helpful
