Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads through professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align initiatives and develop target lists and engagement strategies
• Qualify leads as sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team
• Capture lead information and interactions in Salesforce while maintaining high standards of CRM hygiene

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales or business development within digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS
• Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
• Strong enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity regarding protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs
• Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly in a fast-developing environment
• Critical thinking, open communication, and an ownership mentality
