Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel outreach via multi-threaded email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
• Build and maintain target account lists and run experiments on messaging and sequencing
• Schedule and confirm first meetings and ensure clean handoffs to Account Executives
• Track activity, notes, and next steps in CRM with high precision
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns and RevOps on data quality
• Capture and share market intelligence regarding personas, objections, and competitors

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or client-facing role
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience using sequencing tools like Outreach or Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confident phone presence
• Proven ability to handle objections and maintain process discipline
• Experience in Proptech, Fintech, or SaaS is preferred
