Business Development Representative (BDR), Iberia Market

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with potential clients in the Iberia market
• Identify key decision-makers and qualify leads to assess their fit with Riot's solutions
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to advance the sales cycle
• Research target industries and accounts to develop highly personalized outreach efforts
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status within HubSpot

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with full professional proficiency in English
• Strong outbound mindset with comfort in high-volume proactive engagement
• Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling messages
• Highly organized and structured approach to managing multiple leads and follow-ups
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, such as an internship or apprenticeship
• Experience working within the B2B SaaS industry
