Business Development Representative (BDR)

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for dental practice prospects
• Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach
• Manage inbound leads and proactively prospect for new opportunities
• Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel
• Track all sales activity using Salesforce and other essential tools
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs
• Contribute ideas to help build and shape the UK BDR function from the ground up

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience with cold calling (SMB targets preferred)
• Proficiency with standard sales tools and a desire to implement new technologies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced setting
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
