About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for dental practice prospects
- Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach
- Manage inbound leads and proactively prospect for new opportunities
- Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Track all sales activity using Salesforce and other essential tools
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Contribute ideas to help build and shape the UK BDR function from the ground up
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- Proven experience with cold calling (SMB targets preferred)
- Proficiency with standard sales tools and a desire to implement new technologies
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

- Experience working with marketplace business models
- A track record of success in blitz growth environments
