About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new, high-quality sales leads to set up demos for Account Executives
  • Meet key performance metrics, including approximately 100 touches per day and 6 qualified demos per month
  • Understand Bandwidth’s products and communicate how they benefit potential customers
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with new target companies through cold calling and outreach
  • Participate in world-class sales training to advance your career through the SDR leveling program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or business development environment
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and achieve measurable performance targets
  • Aptitude and drive to learn complex technologies, including SaaS, APIs, and telecom
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation with a constant sense of urgency and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas
