About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain target accounts and ensure CRM data accuracy in Salesforce
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Research target ICP accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Document all prospect interactions and account updates
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrated comfort with high-volume outbound phone calls
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of demand generation
- Experience using automated selling tools
