About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain target accounts and ensure CRM data accuracy in Salesforce
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Research target ICP accounts and identify key stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Document all prospect interactions and account updates

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated comfort with high-volume outbound phone calls
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of demand generation
  • Experience using automated selling tools
