About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage target accounts through outbound activities including email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts and stakeholders to tailor outreach messaging and generate qualified meetings
- Respond to inbound marketing leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges
- Support transactional sales motions by guiding prospects through the self-service web portal and purchase workflows
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to advance opportunities through the sales funnel
- Capture and share customer feedback regarding the self-service experience with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or lead development role
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders via phone, video, and written channels
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Business fluency in English
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously in a metrics-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AEC, construction technology, facilities management, or real estate technology markets
- Exposure to enterprise or mid-market sales environments
- Experience qualifying leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC
